Great experience working with John. He was always available for all the questions we had and was extremely proactive in trying to find us exactly the home we wanted. He educated us throughout the process so we always knew what was happening. He got us a great deal on our new house, AND on our old house he sold for us, which he closed on day 1 of being on the market and for over asking. We are so thankful that we listened to our daughter when she recommended John. Moving from Maine to North Carolina, not knowing the area, was quite daunting. John knows the area around Huntersville, we were looking to be no more than an hours drive to our family living there. There is a lot to choose from in an area like that, a lot of time can be wasted looking at houses that would not fit our requirements, we needed someone to listen to what we wanted, John listens, asks questions to determine what is or is not important to us, showed us the homes we wanted to see and sent us information on homes we may be interested in. One of the homes John sent us info on was one we thought worth viewing and along with another couple of homes, asked John to set it up, Johns response was that this home was perfect for us, it had a workshop we needed, it had a nice backyard with trees, it was in great condition etc, and was in a great town that he thought we would like, it was indeed perfect. Within a minute of walking into this home John noticed a small separation in the flooring which we never would have seen, found out the cause, he checked out the crawlspace, not just for us but because he is interested, he wants to learn, even after 19 years, THAT kind of service is invaluable, having John with us was almost like getting a pre inspection before the actual inspection. Saved us money during negotiations, got us the right home in the right town for the right price in a very timely manner, thanks John.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with John for the purchase of our new home in Mooresville, NC this August. Given that we were moving from NJ to NC and had a strict timeline, we were not sure where to begin with. We got to know John through our family as they lived in the same community in Huntersville and had always heard great things about John and Lisa. Right out of the gate, John put us at ease by sitting down with us and understanding our requirements in great detail including location, school ratings, size and age of the home, etc during our introductory call. He explained the entire process and made sure we were already pre-approved for the mortgage even before we embarked on our search. He quickly set us up with a portal with properties that matched our initial criteria and was always willing to adjust the filters to make sure we were seeing the right properties as our requirements changed. He was always available and would immediately call or text us to get whatever information we needed. During our subsequent visits to the Charlotte area, he would drive us around different areas and neighborhoods to make sure we knew what the various communities had to offer so that we could make the right decision. Given that we were open to both new construction as well as existing homes, he set us up with appointments with various builders and also showings to make sure we made efficient use of our time whenever we were in town. He would jump on a video call with us and walk the property at times where we were not able to attend showings in person.He is very knowledgeable in the entire process and is extremely resourceful. Be it a lender, contractor, inspector or anyone involved in a real estate transaction, John has all the right contacts and is always willing to get you the answers for any questions you have. He was with us every step of the way from the time we signed the contract, through the whole home building process including design selection all the way to final walkthrough and closing. Given that we were out of state, he was an invaluable asset by being our ears and eyes on the ground. Unlike other realtors, his follow ups do not end once you close on your home. He still checks on us often to make sure we are settled comfortably and treats us more like friends/family rather than a real estate agent.We could not have asked for a better person to work with us in this wonderful, yet nerve-racking journey!
