John was great! We began our search with 0 knowledge of the market. And if you've ever bought and sold in the Charlotte area, you know that is a disadvantage. From the initial meeting, John laid out a plan of attack that allowed us to explore all of our options over the entire metro. He was able to hone in on what our likes/dislikes/desires were and tailor our viewings (and there were a LOT of viewings). He was present for every walk through and gave us nuanced advice based on his experience that helped guide us to our home. I'll leave you with this: John is great!
