John sold a house for our grandson who suggested we use him because he was very pleased with his experience. After contacting, John was quick and ready to help us. He was easily available to show us any house we inquired about. He made efforts to make sure he was understanding our desires and needs. After deciding on the house we wanted, he helped us with his contacts in getting our inspections and work that was needed before closing. He worked closely and well with the sellers’ realtor. All went well, and we closed quickly. We see John as a friend and realtor-contact, now. We expect to make this our forever home, but if we buy or sell, again, we will contact John for help and advice!
