John sold a house for our grandson who suggested we use him because he was very pleased with his experience. After contacting, John was quick and ready to help us. He was easily available to show us any house we inquired about. He made efforts to make sure he was understanding our desires and needs. After deciding on the house we wanted, he helped us with his contacts in getting our inspections and work that was needed before closing. He worked closely and well with the sellers’ realtor. All went well, and we closed quickly. We see John as a friend and realtor-contact, now. We expect to make this our forever home, but if we buy or sell, again, we will contact John for help and advice!

First-time homebuyer, and I couldn’t imagine there being a better realtor out there! Working with John was truly a great experience. He made the whole process feel easy and even enjoyable. He’s super knowledgeable, always responsive, and took the time to walk me through everything so I felt confident every step of the way. You can tell he really cares about his clients and wants the best for them. I’d recommend him to anyone without hesitation!

John was great! We began our search with 0 knowledge of the market. And if you've ever bought and sold in the Charlotte area, you know that is a disadvantage. From the initial meeting, John laid out a plan of attack that allowed us to explore all of our options over the entire metro. He was able to hone in on what our likes/dislikes/desires were and tailor our viewings (and there were a LOT of viewings). He was present for every walk through and gave us nuanced advice based on his experience that helped guide us to our home. I'll leave you with this: John is great! And if you promise hot dogs, he'll go the next mile beyond the extra mile!!!

I would leave more than 5 stars if it was possible! We felt like we won the lottery by landing John as our our agent. He truly went way above and beyond in helping us find and purchase our first home. John helped us achieve our dream home with land— something we weren't even sure was possible to find in 2025. He really had our back—excellent communication, expert advice and buyer education, assertiveness where it was needed (but kind always), and so much more. He faced every challenge head on with a sense of urgency & a great sense of humor. He was incredibly thorough. I can't imagine going through this process with anyone else!

John was literally the best agent we could have gotten to help us with our first home purchase. We asked him to help us find a needle in a haystack. A lot of land that has good surroundings, a good house, that has room and infrastructure for possible multi-family growth, and a price we can afford. I can say that I wasnt sure if it was even possible but John looked for a needle and found a diamond! We got everything we wanted and more! He did so much to explain every step of the purchase that it made what I thought would be a stressful process into a fun exciting process.
