I would leave more than 5 stars if it was possible! We felt like we won the lottery by landing John as our our agent. He truly went way above and beyond in helping us find and purchase our first home. John helped us achieve our dream home with land— something we weren't even sure was possible to find in 2025. He really had our back—excellent communication, expert advice and buyer education, assertiveness where it was needed (but kind always), and so much more. He faced every challenge head on with a sense of urgency & a great sense of humor. He was incredibly thorough. I can't imagine going through this process with anyone else!

John was literally the best agent we could have gotten to help us with our first home purchase. We asked him to help us find a needle in a haystack. A lot of land that has good surroundings, a good house, that has room and infrastructure for possible multi-family growth, and a price we can afford. I can say that I wasnt sure if it was even possible but John looked for a needle and found a diamond! We got everything we wanted and more! He did so much to explain every step of the purchase that it made what I thought would be a stressful process into a fun exciting process. He was always there to answer our questions whenever we asked. I could not imagine having an agent other than John, and will be recommending him to everyone I know.

John helped us buy a home in Kannapolis as well as helped us sell our original home in Cornelius. We went to a open house, by ourselves and fell in love with our new home. A few days later we called John and he went out to look at it himself before we put an offer on it. He took pictures of things he saw while touring the property so we could discuss those before putting in a official offer. He was always around when we needed a talk about the process. He helped us set up all the inspections and accompanied the inspectors too. When it was time to put our house up for sale he was so helpful and knowledgeable. We told him a price we kinda wanted on the property and he respected it. He set up the staggers, the photographers and all the marketing to get out house under contract in about 5 days after listing. He helped with that process as well as we had never sold a house before. It was a overall pleasure to work with John and we would absolutely recommend him to any of our friends and family looking to buy a home.

I had such a great experience working with John. I mean it when I say I don’t think a realtor could’ve done a better job than John did with helping my fiance’ and I find and close on our first home. He made the process very easy and was extremely receptive to what we were looking for. He really made a strong effort from the get go to get to know us and really understand our preferences in a home.
